Sculpt & Flow Fitness 

Hi! My name is Christine and I am the creator of Sculpt & Flow Fitness. My love for health and wellness first began many years ago when I accompanied my mom to Jazzercise classes at the local elementary school gym. I was inspired by the energy and happiness in the room when a group of people came together to become healthier in a fun and positive environment. 

 

Through my teens and 20’s I played competitive volleyball, ran track and cross country, and was on the swim team and dance team. In 2018 I decided to expand my fitness journey to include Yoga Teacher Training and since then have added certifications in Barre, Pilates, Choreography, Strength, HIIT, Personal Training and Nutrition Coaching. Now I meet with clients one on one, teach group fitness, and host private fitness classes and events here in beautiful Wilmington, NC. 

I believe that optimal health and wellness is a true gift that each of us deserves to experience. I am passionate about helping all of my clients to feel strong and healthy in their bodies so they can enjoy life to the fullest.

With pilates, barre, yoga and free weight strength training,  I help my clients sculpt and tone their entire body while gaining core strength and flexibilityHeavy weight lifting and high intensity circuits definitely have their place in the fitness world, but for some, Sculpt & Flow is the way to go!
